Its location was stunning, in the middle of jackson. There was Veg Bites nearby to grab something to eat.

Genuinely helpful staff, had quite comfortable stay!!!
The location was exceptionally nice and best possible in the middle of jackson and the atmosphere was family. Also, tourist destinations like Anand Sweets were a couple of blocks away from this place.

Staff lovely, tried their best despite limitations. Room service quick and food delicious. Location near key spots, easy to explore.
Room cleanliness disappointing, cockroach encounter not ideal. Amenities lacking - shared towel awkward.

The location was great, right in the middle of Jackson, with delicious treats available at Riders Republic Cafe nearby, and a double room offering a fantastic view.

Our room was tidy with a nice private bathroom 🚿. We enjoyed having a view of the garden right outside. the wake-up service was handy for us. Being right in the heart of the city was super convenient for our stay.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning position in the middle of Jackson. Affable and really kind staff. - Free wake up calls and ironing. - Spacious rooms with feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. - Well-equipped bathroom with a tub.

The kids enjoyed the pool, and the entertainment room kept them busy. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
My wife says that they could improve by adding more kid-friendly activities.
